What does coaching do?

  • Identify, Clarify and prioritize agendas and action items to create successful change.
  • Discover core values and challenges.
  • Clarify and prioritize your goals while identifying challenges
  • Create action plans to achieve the desired objective.

How does coaching differ from consulting?

Coaching has many similarities with consulting; but consultants design, develop and
implement the solution.  Coaches will help you discover the best solution for you, your
team or organization.  Then coaches support in the communication, development and
implementation of the desired objectives so the can be achieved efficiently and
successfully.

How does coaching differ from therapy?

Coaching is not therapy.  Coaching helps you move forward and set personal and
professional goals that will give you the life you really want.  Therapy discusses how and
why this behavior has been learned and how it has prevented you from achieving the
success you desire.  If you are not sure if you need a Therapist or a Coach, check out the
premier issue of Second Acts and the article “
